Hard-working, entry-level, and motivated candidates that have interest in carpentry and concrete construction.

YOU WILL

Be introduced to multiple skilled carpentry and concrete construction positions and learn how to construct various building components through hands-on learning and completing classroom instructions. The Carpentry Development Program offers candidates the skills that are required to become a craftsperson in the construction industry.

The Carpentry Development Program has limited openings. 

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Use various hand and power tools
  • Attend classroom and hands-on trainings
  • Operates power tools and equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and procedures
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
  • Must be capable of receiving and following instructions
  • Ability to communicate and build professional relationships with co-workers and upper management
  • Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Punctuality and dependability are required
