Apprentice Training

Our founder, Bob Kinsley, launched the Apprenticeship Program in 2000 to teach essential construction skills and standards needed for the industry. Since then, it’s helped start over 150 careers, providing our apprentices with hands-on experience as they get paid to learn. From day one, you’re on the job site, working alongside our leading mentors who can train you in carpentry, highway and bridge construction, or ironworking.

Available Programs

The carpentry apprenticeship program offers you the skills you need to become a craftsperson, earning a certified Journeyman status. From educational facilities and apartment complexes, to big box warehouses and government spaces, you’ll build your carpentry skills by working on various types of construction projects.

Throughout this program, you’ll learn various skills required for constructing and rehabilitating bridges, and improving our local infrastructure. From equipment operation to construction, you’ll work on actual federal, state, county and local government projects with us.

You’ll train with our team of industry experts on the job site and in our shops, to gain experience. Whether you’re fabricating steel for a medical center or erecting tons of steel for sport complexes – you’ll leave your mark on our projects and your community.
